For deliveries outside of Germany, flat rates are charged for shipping costs depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are automatically added at “checkout” after the delivery country is selected.

If you don't like the items or don't fit them, you can initiate the returns process directly in your order history. Simply select the order in question and follow the individual steps after clicking on the return button. You can then simply print out the label, stick it on the package and hand it in at a post office near you. Use the goods receipt to inform our returns department about the items you are returning.

Returned items will be credited to your customer account and refunded as quickly as possible using the payment method you initially chose.
