How do I register?

Are you a new customer and would like to create a customer account at Tennis-Point? This is very simple and can be done in just a few steps. First, please call the point “My customer account" at the top right under our telephone number. Then click on “Create an online customer account now“. You will be redirected to a new page where you will now enter the relevant information about yourself. Then all you have to do is click on the button “Open account“ click and you’re done!

Administration

View order:

You can view your orders if you are logged in successfully and use the function “My order history" select. Here you will find information about the order date, the items, the total and the order status. This means you can easily check how far we are with your order and receive general information about current and previous orders.

Change password:

If you would like to change your password, please log in with your email address and your personal password and select the function “Change password" out. Enter your old password in the appropriate field, your new password underneath and the new password again for confirmation. To save your new password, please press “Save".

Change email address:

If you would like to change your email address, please log in with your email address and your personal password and select the function “Change email address“ out. Enter your old email address in the appropriate field, your new email address below and the new email address below again for confirmation. To save the new email address, please press “Save“.

Delete customer account

To delete your customer account, please contact our customer service.
