How do I redeem my voucher?

Enter your code in the “Voucher Code” field in the shopping cart and click “Redeem”. The amount of the gift voucher will be automatically redeemed for suitable orders. Amounts exceeding the balance of this gift voucher can be paid using another payment method. Remaining voucher values ​​can be redeemed at a later date. The total amount is then automatically reduced by the voucher value.

If the value of the voucher is not sufficient for your order, you can pay the difference using another payment method offered by Tennis-Point or by entering additional gift vouchers on the same page.

Multiple vouchers can also be redeemed with one order. Promotional vouchers are excluded from this regulation.

Vouchers and remaining balance of vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased. Remaining credit is stored on the same code. Promotional vouchers are excluded from this regulation.
