How do I redeem my voucher?

Padel Point redemption conditions for gift vouchers

These voucher redemption conditions apply to all vouchers purchased in our online shop at www.padel-point.de or in one of our branches.

Redemption:

  1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed via the following channels for products that are eligible for purchase via vouchers:
  • Via the website through which the voucher was purchased, e.g. www.padel-point.de (“approved website”)
  • In a Tennis-Point store of your choice in the country in which the voucher was issued
  • Via the hotline of the approved website mentioned above
  1. Vouchers can be redeemed on an approved website using the designated online order form (shopping cart system). Redemption by telephone, fax or email is also possible.
  2. If the value of the voucher is not sufficient for your order, you can pay the difference using another payment method offered by Tennis-Point or by entering additional gift vouchers on the same page.
  3. Multiple vouchers can also be redeemed with one order. Promotional vouchers are excluded from this regulation.
  4. Vouchers and remaining balance of vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased. Remaining credit will be credited to your customer account until the expiry date. Promotional vouchers are excluded from this regulation.

General:

  1. Our general terms and conditions and data protection regulations also apply to the redemption of vouchers.
  2. Voucher orders can only be canceled by our customer service if the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
  3. The voucher is transferable. We can make payments with discharging effect to the respective holder who redeems the voucher. This does not apply if we have knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the lack of authorization, incapacity or lack of authorization to represent the respective owner.

Limitations:

  1. Vouchers can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional vouchers.
  2. A cash payment of vouchers or voucher credit is not possible. To redeem gift vouchers in your customer account or to view your existing balance, please contact our customer service.
  3. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on websites other than approved ones.

Liability and Risk of Loss

Tennis-Point assumes no liability for typographical errors in the voucher recipient's email address. Likewise, Tennis-Point assumes no liability for loss, theft, misuse or delayed transmission (for example due to technical difficulties) of gift vouchers.

Fraud

In the event of fraud, attempted deception or suspected other illegal activity in connection with a gift voucher purchase or voucher redemption, Tennis-Point is entitled to close the relevant customer accounts and/or request an alternative method of payment. There is no entitlement to activation or payment of affected vouchers.
